Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer service requests to troubleshoot problems, take corrective actions and complete on-site repairs including testing of the equipment.
- Ensure repair job is performed in a proper and timely manner (SLA).
- Carry out preventive maintenance / health check on equipment as per maintenance Agreement.
- Maintain tools and test equipment in working condition.
- Escalate issue regarding repair jobs to the immediate superior.
- Perform troubleshooting and repair CDM at field if required.
- Provide phone technical support to field, branches or customers if required.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and to ensure the client's needs are met in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Electric & Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Fresh graduate or with some relevant working experience
- Express mechanical / electronic troubleshooting skill
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good interpersonal skills
- Customer orientated and pleasant personality
- Outstation candidates are welcome to apply as there are positions in all states in both peninsular & East Malaysia
